Meri Kirihimete me ngā mihi o te tau hou!

As we close out the year, I want to thank you for your whakaaro and commitment to BPW

New Zealand. Your voices matter, and your engagement on the issues affecting women and

girls strengthens our advocacy and our influence.

Over the summer break, I encourage you to stay curious, stay informed, and be ready to

step back into the conversations that shape our future. In 2026, let’s continue to speak up,

ask questions, support one another, and take action — locally and nationally and help us to

create real and lasting change.

Wishing you a joyful Christmas, a restful break, and a New Year filled with renewed energy,

connection, and purpose.

Ngā mihi nui

Sherryll Markie-Brookes
